Payment methods and Fees.

We work a rolling program, normally half termly, an average of seven weeks (depending on the number of weeks in the school half term). On occasion in the October or February half term, we continue through the holidays.

Information will be available on the web site. A newsletter is also published two weeks before the term finishes advising parents that fees are due, how much and by what date they should be paid. This is normally the last lesson of the half term. Following the cut off date, places will not be guaranteed. New customers will be offered the space and your children may be disappointed.

Money transfer is a preferred payment option, as this is cost effective, easy to check and there are no issues as to when and how much has been paid. We will also accept cheques and cash.

Payment is required for the term in advance. We do not accept weekly payments. The school keeps the term payments to a reasonable amount and recognises the strain on household budgets. We have been let down in the past and in order to avoid unnecessary increases in costs to cover unpaid and unfilled places through non attendance; we must take payment in full.

Missed Lessons

We understand children pick up “bugs”, have off days and are sometimes unable to attend their lesson. Wherever possible, we will try to offer an alternative and appropriate “make up “lesson to compensate. This is a gesture of good will, and is not guaranteed. The lesson must be suitable for the child and not affect the dynamics of the alternative provision offered.

We must pay for our venues regardless of whether your child attends, the costs to the business of pool hire and staff wages is prohibitive, and we simply cannot afford to refund the cost of missed lessons.
